The Lobby

The Lobby Chart is displayed in the top of a Breakdown page.

There are currently 15 rooms and more will be crated if the traffic of the website increases.
The rooms are numbered in the left side of the Lobby Chart.
If all cells a row are green then nobody is using that room.

In order to book a room go to "Book until" column and type or select the hour from the drop list. You can book up to 2 hours.

The remaining columns will be enabled on the right and the time will be displayed on the left in an orange colour.

Remember that the Lobby / Input Chart goes all the way to Column P.

After booking a room select it from the bottom of the Breakdown Chart. The values in the Room reflect the inputs in the lobby.
However there is a slight delay when you change the values.
Take it into consideration.

I created a lobby system to compensate for the lack of instantiation of a Google Spreadsheet.
The system itself does its best to keep users from writing to each other's files.
